Refund Policy


1. How long would I get a refund when I cancel an order?

If your order is not shipped, we would full refund to you in 2-3 days after we receive your refund request;

If your order is shipped, we would refund to you when we get back the package, also we would not refund the shipping fee in this situation. (As the shipping service is provided)


2. Can I get a refund when I get a damaged product on arrival?

Yes, you can. If the package is damaged but not affect to wear, you can request a partly refund while keep the item, and if the package is severely damaged, you can request a full refund.


3. Can I get a full refund when I change my mind after get the package?

No, you can get the refund of the product cost, the shipping cost is already provided and it would not be refunded. Also, we only refund to you when we receive the package you send back.


4. Can I get a full refund when I get a wrong product?

Yes, you can. You can request us to send another package to you, also you can request a full refund while sending back the package to us. However, if you like the product which you receive, we can arrange a partly refund to you.


5. Can I get a refund when I do not receive the package?

a. If the tracking is not updated for days, after we confirm your package is lost, we would refund to you or send a new package to you.

b. If the package is still in delivery, we would not refund to you in this situation. (Sometimes, due to the bad weather or holiday, shipping may be longer, please understand.)

c. If you use a wrong shipping address or a fake shipping address without contact us to change, which makes the delivery failed and package lost, we would not refund to you in this situation.


6. How long does it take to be refunded in full for return?

A full refund will be given once we have received your package and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been met. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner you will get your refund!


7. Where would my refund be?

Your refund will be returned using the same method used for the original payment of the purchase.
