1. What is the deadline to apply for a return?
You must apply within 30 days of receiving the item(s). To return items, you must keep them in perfect condition, without using or removing the labels and the original packaging.
2. How to cancel an order?
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, and you need to send back to package to us for cancel the order.
3. How to return if the product is damaged on arrival?
If the product is serious damaged, you need to contact our customer service first, and provide your order number as well as a photo of this damaged product, after we check that, you can return the product for free or we would send you a new one if you still want the product.

5. How to return for an exchange?
You can exchange a purchased product within 30 days. If 30 days have gone, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund nor exchange.
